About The Position

EJF Real Estate Services is seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Full-Time HOA Compliance Inspector to support the enforcement of community standards within our managed Homeowners Associations (HOAs) & Condominium Associations. This field-based role involves conducting scheduled exterior property inspections, reporting compliance and maintenance issues, and submitting violation notices to residents.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in property inspections, HOA/condominium management, property management, real estate, or a related field preferred.
Strong attention to detail and observational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication; professional demeanor.
Excellent time management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across multiple communities.
Have and maintain a valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
Ability to walk outdoors and inspect properties in varying weather conditions.

Nice To Haves

Experience in property inspections, HOA/condo management, or real estate is preferred.
Experience using property management software (Vantaca is a plus).
Familiarity with mobile inspection tools or property management platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

Conduct routine drive-by violation and common area inspections as assigned.
Use company inspection software to capture photos and written documentation in a timely fashion to the standards set by the company.
Complete follow-up inspections as directed by Community Manager.
Participate in preparing the monthly inspection schedule.
Communicate observed violations to the Community Manager and assist with documentation needed for enforcement actions.
Stay informed of updates to HOA rules and assist in maintaining accurate records in Vantaca.
Ensure compliance with community governing documents (CC&Rs, Rules & Regulations, Architectural Guidelines)
Other duties as assigned.
