The HOA Business Developer Representative is responsible for developing new and maintaining existing business relationships focused on Homeowners Associations (HOAs). The HOA Business Developer Representative will also create new relationships with community associations, management companies, and related stakeholders while building a referral pipeline of individual associations. This role will conduct high-volume cold calling, prospecting, and relationship-building activities to introduce Real Time Resolutions’ HOA delinquent assessment collection services and generate new client partnerships. This is an ideal role for a driven and sales-minded professional who thrives on outbound calling, relationship building, is comfortable overcoming objections and enjoys building a pipeline from the ground up.
