Law Firm Carolinas is seeking a full-time attorney for its Charlotte, North Carolina office to join the firm’s community association practice. Although no prior experience in community associations (HOA / condo) or real estate is required, prior familiarity is a positive. Law Firm Carolinas has not just one of the largest community association practices in the Carolinas but one of the most respected community association practices in the nation. Because of the nature of the practice, any attorney will quickly receive training in a broad range of legal areas, (general counsel advice, governing document amendments, covenant and restriction violations, board and annual meeting controversies, resolving neighborhood disputes, and collection of dues and assessments, including bankruptcy questions).
