About The Position

The HMDA Analyst position at Union Savings Bank is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of data reported under the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA). This role involves data validation and input, as well as compliance with federal regulations related to community and fair lending. The analyst will work closely with management to resolve any discrepancies and stay updated on regulatory changes.

Requirements

• High School graduate
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Experience in HMDA data validation, mortgage, or compliance is a plus but not required
• Microsoft Excel experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and review HMDA loans/applications in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Recommend and coordinate resolution efforts with manager or team lead to be applied across all affected business lines.
• Research and resolve exceptions identified in accordance with established timeframes.
• Utilize resources to stay up-to-date with regulatory changes related to HMDA reporting.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
