About The Position

Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. In this role, you will perform general cleanup and maintenance of plant grounds and equipment, assist with material handling and equipment operation as needed, and support plant operations by following safety and operational procedures. You will also conduct routine inspections and report any safety or maintenance concerns, collaborating with team members to ensure efficient and safe work practices.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to work safely in a fast-paced, outdoor industrial environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team setting
• Willingness to learn and operate various types of equipment
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks with minimal supervision
• Flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays as needed

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleanup and maintenance of plant grounds and equipment
• Assist with material handling and equipment operation as needed
• Support plant operations by following safety and operational procedures
• Conduct routine inspections and report any safety or maintenance concerns
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and safe work practices
