About The Position
The HIV/STD Team Lead at the Department of State Health Services is responsible for supervising and training Disease Intervention Specialists (DIS) while ensuring compliance with public health program objectives. This role involves providing technical support, conducting fieldwork, and performing quality assurance activities to monitor and improve program performance. The Team Lead will also engage in active surveillance and administrative duties, fostering teamwork and effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders.
