The Psychosocial Support Advocate provides Psychosocial Support Services to individuals living with HIV/AIDS. In addition, the psychosocial support and/or peer advocate (person living with HIV) develops on-going relationships with each client; this includes accompanying clients to appointments as necessary (i.e. medical, housing, court, financial), reminder calls, and preparing clients for interactions with service providers while supporting clients in those interactions.
