About The Position
The HIV Outreach Specialist will provide direct and indirect client services to support linkage and retention in care for HIV/AIDS clients. This role supports all aspects of community engagement and outreach, seeking and connecting People Living with HIV (PLWH) to available support services. The specialist will counsel clients on medication adherence and safe sex practices. Candidates do not need to have a diagnosis of HIV infection.
