About The Position
The HIV Care Navigator at Penn Medicine is responsible for ensuring that patients are linked and engaged in quality HIV services. This role involves direct interaction with patients, particularly those with reactive HIV test results, and aims to support them through counseling and advocacy. The Navigator will also participate in initiatives to end the HIV epidemic in Philadelphia and work closely with various departments to facilitate patient care and education.
