About The Position

Performs all technical and clerical functions in the histology section according to established operating procedures. Accurately fixes, embeds, cuts and stains tissue for light microscopy. Ensures accurate patient identification.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Medical Lab Technology, Science or related field required.
• 2 years experience as a Histotechnologist required.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Amer Soc Clinical Pathology license preferred.
