Responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of clients within the Pathology segment across the assigned territory. Promote, present, and sell histopathology products, equipment, and specialized solutions. Plan and conduct customer and prospect visits, including product demonstrations and technical-commercial presentations. Identify growth opportunities through market analysis and review of existing customer performance. Achieve assigned sales targets and performance goals. Prepare quotations, document activities in Salesforce, and follow up before, during, and after equipment installations. Provide technical training and application support as an Applications Specialist. Maintain effective communication with internal teams to align strategies and address customer needs. Participate in commercial events, training activities, and other duties related to the position. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Biology or a related field. Minimum two (2) years of experience in technical or commercial sales; minimum three (3) years of experience as a Histotechnologist will be considered. Valid Histotechnologist license. Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle. Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish. Proven presentation, negotiation, and customer service skills. Ability to analyze information, identify customer needs, and make sound decisions. Results-driven, well-organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments. Availability to travel within and outside Puerto Rico and to work flexible schedules as required. Working knowledge of Windows applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
