About The Position
Seeking a Histotechnologist for 8-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday, with weekends off. The position covers patient ages from newborn to geriatric. Assignments are available for up to 28 weeks. No floating or block schedules are required. Reliable transportation is strongly recommended, as public transportation is not accessible in the area.
Requirements
- ASCP(HT) or ASCP(HTL) certification
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in histology
- EPIC experience within the past 2 years
- BLS certification
- ASCP verification
- Complete work history, including bed count, EMR systems, and facility type
- Explanation for employment gaps over 90 days
