About The Position

Responsible for skillfully preserving, cutting, staining, and mounting tissue sections onto microscopic slides for analysis by the Pathologist. Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period. Other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• MINIMUM EDUCATION: Bachelor’s or Associates Degree from an approved college or university.
• MINIMUM EXPERIENCE : 2 years experience as a Histotechnician
• REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE: Histologic Technician (HT) American Society Clinical Pathologists (ASCP) or equivalent.
