About The Position

We seek a highly motivated and experienced Consumer Loan Officer to join our Hispanic Banking team. As a Consumer Loan Officer, you will evaluate and approve loan applications, ensure compliance with lending policies and regulations, and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. Your main goal will be to help our clients achieve their financial goals by providing them with the best loan options.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in consumer lending
• Fluent in Spanish Required
• Strong knowledge of lending policies and regulations
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree in finance, business administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in consumer lending
• Experience with loan origination software
• Bilingual in English and Spanish

Responsibilities

• Evaluate loan applications and determine the creditworthiness of applicants
• Ensure compliance with lending policies and regulations
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the loan process
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate loan processing
