About The Position

Humano is currently seeking motivated Warehouse Associates, Freight Handlers, Unloaders to join our team at our Ontario, CA warehouse location. As a Warehouse Associate, Freight Handler, Unloader, you will be responsible for unloading containers by hand, sorting items, loading them onto push carts, and loading outbound trailers. This role does not involve heavy machinery and requires the ability to lift up to 50lbs on an ongoing basis for extended periods.

Requirements

• Ability to lift at least 35-51 lbs unassisted
• Willingness to be trained on job duties
• Candidates must live locally as this is not a travel team site
• Must pass pre-employment background checks, drug screens, and other verifications as needed

Responsibilities

• Unload containers manually and sort items efficiently
• Load items onto push carts and outbound trailers
• Work collaboratively as part of a team in a warehouse environment
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a clean and safe workspace
• Participate in occasional overtime hours as needed
