About The Position

The Hiring Specialist will work closely with the Hiring Team to guide candidates through each step of the interview process with professionalism, efficiency, and care. In this role, you will conduct interviews, capture detailed notes, maintain regular communication with applicants, coordinate interview schedules, and manage confidential candidate records.

Requirements

Exceptional verbal, written, and nonverbal communication and interpersonal skills
Strong ability to collaborate and work effectively within a team
Ability to adapt quickly in an ever-changing environment
High energy and a positive attitude at all times
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Comfortable speaking to individuals, panels, or large groups
Professional in both appearance and behavior
Ability to uphold company standards, policies, quotas, and expectations of the company without compromise
Proficient with computer applications, especially Google Workspace applications
Ability to manage and protect confidential information with discretion

Prior experience interviewing or mentoring team members (a plus, not required)

Responsibilities

Facilitate and organize group and individual interviews
Review applicant information and resumes
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism throughout the hiring process
Evaluate candidates after interviews to ensure they meet our hiring standards
Collect and process legal forms
Maintain close communication with candidates throughout their interview process
Complete reference checks on candidates
Support a positive candidate experience by creating a welcoming and respectful interview environment
Carry applications through the hiring process, completing each step until a decision is made
Represent the company brand positively at all times.
Capture accurate, detailed interview notes
Create a positive hiring experience for all applicants
