About The Position

A role in your local McDonald's franchisee owned restaurant offers a job combo that will fit YOU. As a Shift Manager, you will play a vital role in the operations within the restaurant, ensuring that customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience every visit. You will lead the experience by handling and overseeing crew schedules, providing encouraging leadership for crew and managers, and supervising food safety and cleanliness measures to meet McDonald's standards. You will also take action around safety, security, inventory, and profitability, while cultivating and encouraging training and continued learning within the restaurant. Your focus will be on driving and expecting a high level of performance from the team.
