Responsibilities

• Perform standard opening or closing duties per shift
• Clean and maintain the restaurant dining area
• Seat guests, host, bag togo orders & take phone calls
• Maintain tables by pre-bussing and checking on guests
• Serve food and drinks within a timely manner
• Processing payments with accuracy
• Ability to have proficient knowledge of the menu to answer any guest concerns
• Establishing relationships with guests to ensure customer retainment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
