Requirements

  • A valid Connecticut Real Estate License is strictly required.
  • At least 3 years of recent sales experience as a buyer's agent and seller's agent.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple leads.

  • Experience with luxury apartment rentals and commercial leasing.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems for lead management.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and manage leads for residential and commercial real estate transactions.
  • Close sales as a buyer's agent and seller's agent.
  • Utilize the CRM system (Follow Up Boss) to set up drip campaigns for client follow-up.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure a steady pipeline of clients and leads.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and client satisfaction.
