About The Position

The Packer position at Aerotek involves working in the Iowa 80 Truckstop Distribution center in Walcott, IA. Requirements

• Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Desire to learn and drive to succeed within a stable growing company.
• Experience in packing, production, forklift operation, inventory management, and general labor.
• Proficiency with RF scanners, order picking, pallet jacks, and shipping and receiving.
• Warehouse inventory management.

Nice To Haves

• Forklift experience is a plus but not required.
• Distribution center experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Pick orders, pack boxes, and sort and stage shipments inbound and outbound.
• Verify the accuracy of incoming product shipments and process associated paperwork.
• Stock shelves with incoming products.
• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders as needed.
• Participate in continuous improvement and safety programs.
• Receive orders, inventory counts, and unload and load trucks.
• Perform data entry and other various duties.
