About The Position

We are looking for an experienced, bilingual Hiring & Operations Manager to join our team. You will be the bridge between our staff and in office schedulers, ensuring that we hire the best talent, provide top-tier training, and maintain the high quality of service our customers expect. This position offers a flexible Monday through Friday schedule . We value work-life balance and are happy to accommodate personal appointments and family commitments.

Requirements

  • Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (required to communicate effectively with our diverse team and client base).
  • Industry Experience: Prior experience in house cleaning, hospitality management, or a related service industry.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage people, provide constructive feedback, and maintain morale.
  • Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to visit job sites.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using scheduling software and basic office apps.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end hiring process for new cleaners (posting ads, interviewing, and onboarding).
  • Lead hands-on training for new hires to ensure they meet company cleaning standards.
  • Perform periodic site visits and quality checks to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage daily/weekly scheduling for our cleaning teams using our scheduling software.
