About The Position

Right at Home Spokane, a family-owned and award-winning in-home care agency, is seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Caregivers for full-time and part-time positions. We're looking for individuals who share our values of care, compassion, and commitment to serving others—with a strong emphasis on reliability and flexibility. Competitive pay ($20–$22/hour, depending on experience and certification).

Requirements

• Certified Health Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license preferred, but not necessary (we'll pay for your training!)
• Ability to lift 50 pounds minimum and pass a written competency evaluation, drug screen, and nationwide background check
• Honest, energetic, and caring individual with a passion for helping others
• Must demonstrate consistent caregiver reliability and a flexible approach to care

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with light housework, meal preparation, medication reminders, and companionship
• Work primarily in clients' homes, with varying shift times and activities
• Be a dependable caregiver who adapts to changing client needs and schedules
