About The Position

The Manager On Duty at Top Seed Tennis Club is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing administrative tasks. This role is essential for maintaining a member-focused environment and supporting the club's mission to promote tennis among all ages and skill levels.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years management experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or food and beverage industry.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Reliable transportation is a must.
• Ability to lift up to 70lbs.
• Proficient in Microsoft software and POS systems.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and sign NDA & Confidentiality Agreement.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.
• US citizens or legal permanent residents only.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to club members and guests.
• Manage scheduling and cover the front desk as needed.
• Conduct tours of the facility for prospective members.
• Sell memberships and promote club programs.
• Implement and enforce club policies and procedures.
• Assist in administrative tasks and reconciliation of funds.

Benefits

• Starting pay of $18/hour with potential for raise within first 90 days and upon regular reviews.
