About The Position

Responsibilities: Deliver safe, evidence -based nursing care in accordance with U.S. standards and hospital protocols. Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR). Adapt to U.S. healthcare practices, regulations, and cultural nuances to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent nursing diploma.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a registered nurse
• Proof of passing the NCLEX -RN examination.
• Demonstrated English proficiency via IELTS or OET (if applicable).
• No history of U.S. visa denials related to immigration.
