As a Shift Manager at our restaurant, you will lead shifts every week, ensuring that customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience during every visit. You will provide leadership to crew members and other managers during your shift to maintain high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Your responsibilities will include planning for each shift, monitoring performance, ensuring safety and security, and communicating effectively with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for a successful shift. You will also be responsible for meeting targets and helping your assigned departments achieve their goals.
