Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Zoom interviews with applicants for part-time roles
  • Manage background checks and onboard new hires
  • Screen candidates for mindset, reliability, and alignment with Office Pride’s core values
  • Manage job postings and applicant flow with attention to detail
  • Work closely with field supervisors to meet hiring needs
