About The Position

Abrio Living's goal is to enrich the lives of the people we serve by nurturing and improving the human experience. We provide services for individuals with developmental disabilities in group home settings, and we are looking for an amazing individual to join our leadership team as our Hiring Manager. We are seeking an experienced professional to support our agency by providing personnel administration, including recruitment, onboarding, and training new employees. This role is crucial for the delivery and overall success of each setting by providing essential office support. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is comfortable working independently, capable of taking initiative, and able to manage their workload with minimal supervision. A successful Hiring Manager must also possess a broad knowledge of developmental disabilities services and compliance with state monitoring requirements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager

  • Full-time, Salaried exempt position may include other administrative duties as assigned, schedule flexibility, and on-call rotation.
  • Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, but may vary depending on need.

Responsibilities

  • Support the overall operations of Group Homes to ensure compliance with Abrio standards and monitoring requirements.
  • Have full knowledge of current staffing needs in the programs.
  • Conduct new hire interviews.
  • Effectively onboarding new hires in a timely manner.
  • Conducting pre-employment background checks
  • Train company training curriculum when needed.
  • Maintain employee and client records and resident information accurately and confidentially.
  • Filling in shifts when necessary and providing direct care when needed.
