About The Position

We are seeking experienced Hotshot Drivers, both Non-CDL and CDL, to join our team of professional drivers. This position offers a family-friendly schedule with the opportunity to drive new equipment and earn a competitive gross pay based on experience. Drivers will be responsible for cross-country loads and will enjoy a structured work schedule of three weeks on followed by seven days off.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of driving experience.
• Experience with electronic logbooks and HOS regulations.
• Knowledge of strapping, chaining, and tarping techniques.
• Some mechanical experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with routing and DOT rules.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with dispatch apps.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive hotshot trucks for cross-country loads.
• Maintain electronic logbooks and adhere to HOS regulations.
• Ensure proper strapping, chaining, and tarping of loads.
• Perform pre-trip inspections and general mechanical maintenance.
• Plan routes and comply with DOT and FMCSA rules.
