The Gambling Change Persons and Booth Cashiers position at Apache Lonestar Casino involves ensuring the safety and protection of casino patrons and employees under the supervision of the Slot Shift Manager. The role requires maintaining confidentiality and compliance with applicable laws and regulations while providing excellent customer service in a dynamic casino environment.

Assist departmental Managers with overseeing the conduct and performance of casino employees to ensure a good customer service environment.
Enforce and comply with Regulatory Agencies, Internal Accounting systems, Administrative Controls, and internal policies and procedures.
Enforce good guest relations in all areas of the casino.
Handle all casino patrons' complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Read, verify, and sign appropriate documentation as needed.
Consult with General Manager or Operations Manager, and departmental Managers to ensure minimal interruption to business functions.
Perform all other duties as assigned by General Manager or Designee.

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Minimum of three (3) years casino experience or Hospitality management experience required.
Must pass an annual Title 31 exam.
Must be able to pass background check and receive a gaming license.
Must complete pre-employment drug test with a negative result.
Must possess excellent customer relations, leadership, and communication skills.
Must be proficient in math.
Must be willing to work any day and shift.
Must have ability to use good judgment in intense and non-intense situations.
Must be friendly and have an outgoing personality.
Must be able to follow all instructions, written and oral.
Must be able to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time.
Must present a professional and well-groomed appearance.

Experience in a high-volume customer service environment.
Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
