About The Position

BoxAPorter LLC is seeking dedicated Delivery Drivers to join our team in Forney, TX. The role involves driving a company cargo van to deliver packages for Amazon, ensuring exceptional customer service and adherence to safety regulations. This position offers flexible scheduling and on-the-job training, making it suitable for both part-time and full-time candidates.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License (Non-CDL Class C)
• Delivery driver experience (entry level)

Responsibilities

• Work on a TEAM to provide exceptional customer service and address customer concerns.
• Assist other Driver Associates in completing routes as needed.
• Adhere to company operating policies and procedures.
• Drive a Company Cargo Van to customer locations.
• Deliver packages safely and punctually, considering traffic patterns and regulations.
• Enter and exit a vehicle safely over 200 times throughout the day.
• Lift, pull, and push products up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Spend 90% of your shift driving/delivering and 10% in the warehouse.
• Carry items up flights of stairs frequently.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment inside the van.
• Perform vehicle inspections, checking fluid levels and tire pressure, and notify managers of any major repairs needed.
• Follow local and state driving laws and road regulations.
• Operate a scanner to record shipping and package information.
