About The Position

Requirements

• Must be responsible and committed.
• Ability to drive a golf cart.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Ability to lift heavy objects.
• Must be able to walk and stand for most of the day.

Responsibilities

• Inspect property each morning and pick up any trash littering the grounds.
• Clean common areas, including sweeping, replacing light bulbs, carpet cleaning, power washing, and trash pick-up.
• Maintain cleanliness of facilities such as the fitness center, pool, and community bathrooms.
• Perform valet trash pick-up.
• Assist with preparing apartments for new residents, including cleaning vacated units and performing light painting duties as needed.
• Support the Maintenance Supervisor or Technicians as requested.
