About The Position

IDS is seeking a Field Artillery Officer to support a Technical Assistance Field Team (TAFT) that will provide in-country training, technical support, and advice for HIMARS Systems in Orzysz, Poland. This role combines operational expertise with an understanding of today's greatest challenges, delivering tailored solutions for a diverse range of government, military, nonprofit, and public-sector clients.

Requirements

• Active Secret clearance
• 5+ years' experience as a MOS 13A in a U.S. Army HIMARS Battalion
• SME in the employment and operation of the HIMARS system
• Experience as Tactical Control Officer (TCO) at a U.S. HIMARS Battery
• Experience as Tactical Director (TD) at a U.S. HIMARS Battalion
• Experience as Field Artillery Fire Control Officer (FAFCO)
