Job Summary: Case finds, accessions, and abstracts for multiple registries including the California Perinatal Quality Care Collaborative (CPQCC), ImproveCareNow (ICN), and Pediatric Cardiac Critical Care Consortium (PC4). Abstracts specific data elements from within the medical record and enters or validates data into the various Valley Children's Healthcare comparative database systems and registries for both internal and external administrative and clinical statistical reporting. Qualifications: Education High School Diploma/G.E.D.
