Pay Range: $71,344.00 - $93,246.40 Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Position Overview The Outpatient Coding Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of outpatient coding operations to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant coding of hospital-based outpatient encounters. This role supervises outpatient coding staff, monitors productivity and quality, supports charge capture and audit activities, and collaborates closely with Revenue Integrity, Compliance, and Patient Financial Services to support optimal reimbursement and regulatory compliance.
