Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• A keen eye for accuracy.
• Comfortable with electronic systems.
• Dedicated to patient privacy and ethical guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Meticulously file and scan medical records into our EMR, ensuring accuracy and readiness.
• Handle medical information requests (in and out) with strict adherence to HIPAA and policy.
• Maintain efficient information flow, managing charts, faxes, and mail.
• Assist staff and answer inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate information sharing.
