Shift Details: Tuesday–Saturday, 10:30 PM–7:00 AM (Overnight) As our HIM Associate, you will help ensure timely, accurate, and compliant disclosure of patient health information while protecting confidentiality and meeting all state and federal requirements. Every day, you will process and validate ROI requests, retrieve records for disclosure, and prepare/document releases to ensure quality and regulatory compliance within required timelines. To thrive in this role you must excel at prioritizing work to meet deadlines and communicate clearly with customers and internal partners while maintaining strict confidentiality. Requirements

• Knowledge of HIPAA and other patient information compliance guidelines
• Ability to articulate regulatory requirements related to medical record release
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
• Candidates must be located in Pacific Time Zone to support shift coverage
