As our HIM Associate II, you will be maintaining the integrity and precision of patient records. You'll use your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interview patients as well as physicians and their staff. Your role plays a key part in managing and overseeing health information systems. To thrive in this position, you will need to be detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about handling sensitive information. You will use your understanding of Health Informatics (HI) to run an error analysis and recommend solutions. Exercises independent judgment related to the retrieval of health information.
