Responsible for analyzing and maintaining patient health information to deliver it to the authorized users in a timely, accurate and complete manner. Facilitates the delivery of health care with provide-a-service-first attitude.

• Managing the front area by answering phone calls, welcoming customers, and providing records to clients. It is essential to be friendly and capable of multitasking.
• Processes and analyzes medical record information for compliance with standards, rules, and regulations related to patient information.
• Audits charts for accuracy, ensuring that all regulations are met with the document under review.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
