About The Position

This position requires working the overnight shift in a warehouse environment. The role involves physical labor, including walking, standing, bending, lifting, twisting, and climbing. Employees must be able to lift at least 50 lbs and work in cold conditions, with temperatures at or below 40 degrees Fahrenheit. The use of equipment such as electric pallet jacks and stand-up forklifts is necessary, along with the ability to manipulate hi-lo and use RF computers.

Requirements

• Availability to work the overnight shift.
• Ability to walk and stand for long hours (minimum of 8 hours).
• Capability to bend, lift, twist, and climb.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a cold environment (40 degrees and/or below 0 degrees).
• Experience operating an electric pallet jack and stand-up forklift.
• Proficiency in using hands to manipulate hi-lo and RF computer.

Responsibilities

• Follow instructions from the warehouse management system and RF computer to put products away accordingly.
• Replenish prime locations in a timely fashion, meeting average let down amounts based on assigned aisles.
• Maintain a steady rotation of products for let-downs and put-aways.
• Ensure correct products are put away or let down in the appropriate slot locations to minimize mistakes.
• Achieve a consistent record of zero back orders per night and ensure assigned sections are replenished.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, free from potential hazards.
• Communicate any issues with supervisors and inspect stock items for defects, reporting damages as necessary.
• Transport products carefully from one location to another.
