About The Position

As a brand ambassador, a Crunch Coach (CC) represents Crunch Franchise to members and clients by delivering a positive fitness experience and quality group personal training sessions leading to member retention and member experience. Maintaining a high energy, fun, and positive environment.

Requirements

• Must adhere to the conflict of interest policy by not conducting personal training sessions or performing any personal training-related duties independently or at any company outside of Crunch Franchise.

Responsibilities

• Upholding the Crunch Franchise core values of our H.I.I.T. training program: High, Intensity, Interval, Training.
• Leading our High Intensity Interval Training program as specified by the Crunch brand.
• Sign in and sign out our Peak Results members and drop ins upon entering the class.
• Training exclusively for Crunch Franchise.
• Leading a high energy, intense boot camp-style class formatted for 4 different types of training: Cardio based, strength based, MMA based and an extreme level HIIT class.
