About The Position

Highway Graphics, a leading highway striping contractor in Louisiana and Arkansas, is seeking motivated and dependable Crew Laborers for striping operations. Prior experience is preferred but not required – we provide on-the-job training for candidates committed to developing their skills in the construction industry. Position Overview: The Highway Striping Crew Laborer performs a variety of manual tasks involved in highway striping, including preparing job sites, handling equipment and materials, and supporting striping operations.

Requirements

Flexible availability – Primarily daytime shifts, Monday through Friday, but frequent Saturdays could be required with occasional Sunday and nighttime work required.
Dependable attendance and punctuality are essential.
Ability to effectively follow instructions from supervisors and senior crew members.
Prior highway striping or construction experience preferred but not required.
Valid email address for communication.
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
Valid driver’s license preferred.
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions, including lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Perform general construction-related labor tasks across all phases of highway striping operations.
Prepare, clean, and maintain construction job sites.
Safely use hand tools such as shovels, rakes, and brooms.
