About The Position

Highway Graphics, a leading highway striping contractor in Louisiana and Arkansas, is seeking motivated and dependable Crew Laborers for striping operations. Prior experience is preferred but not required – we provide on-the-job training for candidates committed to developing their skills in the construction industry. The Highway Striping Crew Laborer performs a variety of manual tasks involved in highway striping, including preparing job sites, handling equipment and materials, and supporting striping operations.

Requirements

• Flexible availability – Primarily daytime shifts, Monday through Friday, but frequent Saturdays could be required with occasional Sunday and nighttime work required.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Ability to effectively follow instructions from supervisors and senior crew members.
• Prior highway striping or construction experience preferred but not required.

Nice To Haves

• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction-related labor tasks across all phases of highway striping operations.
• Prepare, clean, and maintain construction job sites.
• Safely use hand tools such as shovels, rakes, and brooms.
• Assist with traffic control and safety procedures as needed.
