Highway Litter Foreman
About The Position
We are looking for a Highway Litter Foreman to lead our maintenance operations across the greater Atlanta area. This is a working leadership role, we need a professional who is on the ground with their team, ensuring every mile is completed safely and efficiently. If you have the experience to manage a crew and the work ethic to lead by example, Tri Scapes is where you belong. As a Foreman, you are responsible for the safety of your team and the quality of the work. You’ll coordinate daily operations and ensure our contracts are executed to the highest standard.
Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean MVR (no major violations).
- Previous experience leading a crew (landscaping, construction, or similar labor).
- The ability to communicate clearly and hold people accountable.
- Physical stamina to work alongside your team in all weather conditions.
- A mindset focused on safety and high production.
Responsibilities
- Manage a crew of technicians to ensure the job is done right and on time.
- You are the safety officer on the ground. No exceptions to DOT or company rules.
- Coordinate routes, manage equipment, and keep the operation moving.
- Keep the crew truck and equipment in top shape; report issues before they become breaks.
- Mentor new hires and turn them into pros.
