Lead the Crew. Drive the Standard. We are looking for a Highway Litter Foreman to lead our maintenance operations across the greater Atlanta area. This is a working leadership role, we need a professional who is on the ground with their team, ensuring every mile is completed safely and efficiently. If you have the experience to manage a crew and the work ethic to lead by example, Tri Scapes is where you belong. As a Foreman, you are responsible for the safety of your team and the quality of the work. You’ll coordinate daily operations and ensure our contracts are executed to the highest standard.

Requirements

Valid Driver’s License with a clean MVR (no major violations).
Previous experience leading a crew (landscaping, construction, or similar labor).
The ability to communicate clearly and hold people accountable.
Physical stamina to work alongside your team in all weather conditions.
A mindset focused on safety and high production.

Responsibilities

Manage a crew of technicians to ensure the job is done right and on time.
You are the safety officer on the ground. No exceptions to DOT or company rules.
Coordinate routes, manage equipment, and keep the operation moving.
Keep the crew truck and equipment in top shape; report issues before they become breaks.
Mentor new hires and turn them into pros.
