AECOM is seeking an ASSOCIATE HIGHWAY ENGINEERING DESIGN TASK LEAD to be based in Eastern Pennsylvania. AECOM has offices in Mechanicsburg, Philadelphia and Conshohocken, PA. This is a HYBRID position and additional office locations may be considered. In this role, you will provide technical leadership and design oversight to highway engineering designers working on medium to large scale transportation projects in the Greater Pennsylvania Area. The Associate Highway Design Engineering Task Lead will utilize their experience to develop the highway design technical approach, delegate design tasks and provide technical guidance and oversight to other highway designers working under your direction. This person will also coordinate with other project disciplines' Design Leads, the highway engineering Technical Lead or Engineering Manager, and the Project Manager to advance project scope and deliverables.
