Van Cleef Engineering Associates, LLC (Van Cleef) is a dynamic, multi‐disciplined consulting civil engineering firm of Engineers, Certified Inspectors, Landscape Architects, Planners and Land Surveyors. With offices in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, we provide expertise in all of the major areas of civil engineering, municipal engineering, municipal planning, and land surveying. Our Phillipsburg, NJ office has an immediate opening for a Mid-level Highway Design / Hydraulics & Hydrology Engineer to with designers for roadway, bridge and infrastructure projects for the firms government clients. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from ABET-accredited program.
5 plus years of highway engineering and/or H&H experience preferred.
Proficiency in hydrology & hydraulic analysis, drainage, and erosion control design.
Experience preparing New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection permit applications.
Proficient in Microsoft Office products and preparing technical writing.
Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D
Proficient in stormwater design programs (HEC programs, HydroCAD, StormCAD, HY-8, Pond Pack, or equivalent design software).
