What You’ll Do:

Perform preventative maintenance and general vehicle repair with minimal supervision.
Inspect and diagnose vehicles, verifying repair order details
Maintain accurate documentation, including videos, on repairs and replacements
Work closely with Service Advisors, providing clear and timely follow-up on repair statuses, active campaigns, and preventative maintenance recommendations.
Sustain ASE and brand manufacturer certifications

What We Seek:

Detail-oriented with a high standard of quality workmanship.
Certification and mechanical / diagnostic experience with Audi or other European Highline Vehicles in a dealership setting.
Solid work ethic with a focus on productivity, reliability, and safety.
Strong technical knowledge with the ability to sustain ASE and brand manufacturer certifications.
Desire to provide unparalleled ownership experience for our clients.
