About The Position

Milkco is seeking experienced Highlift Operators to work in our refrigerated shipping warehouse on 3rd shift. Candidates with forklift experience are strongly encouraged to apply. The position is full-time Monday through Friday, 9 pm to 5:30 am. Milkco will train the right candidate! Milkco, Inc. is a Fluid Milk Plant. We process, bottle, and ship fluid milk, juice, tea, and eggnog. Established in 1982 with 50 employees, the plant has grown to 250+. Compensation Information: Automatic 60-Day Pay Review Automatic Annual Pay Review Shift Differentials Refrigeration Premiums Employment Requirements: Must pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screening (provided by Milkco). Will conduct a Criminal Background Check. Must pass an E-Verify Screening. Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand a minimum of 7 ½ hours per day. Must be able to lift a minimum of 40lbs. Experience: Will train the right person. Prefer that applicants have a High School Diploma or equivalent. Must want to work and have excellent attendance. Need to be cooperative and able to get along with a lot of people. Must be a team player with the ability to contribute in a team atmosphere
