About The Position

Join us as a Higher Education Workforce Development Program Manager and be part of a team that's driving forward the energy transition, creating a brighter, more sustainable future for all. This role can be based in our Albany, NY, Syracuse, NY or Brooklyn, NY offices. This is a hybrid role, with a mix of office and remote work. Working with the Director of New York Workforce Development, this role will develop partnerships with the institutions of higher education (IHE) to align degree pathways to career opportunities at National Grid. This role is external facing and works closely with education institutions and internally with various stakeholders in the New York Business and the People Function to align recruitment opportunities.
