About The Position

The High Volume Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and interviewing candidates for part-time and full-time hourly positions at Anderson Merchandisers. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently, and a self-motivated attitude. The recruiter will work closely with the HR Generalist and Talent Acquisition Manager to ensure a smooth hiring process.

Requirements

• High School diploma and/or equivalency certification required.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage competing priorities in a constantly changing environment.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment that demands flexibility and creativity.
• Proficiency in internet navigation and web-based programs.
• Basic Excel experience required.
• Comfortable using a laptop computer and software.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Previous recruiting/sourcing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source for positions to attract qualified applicants using cold calling, data mining, and external job board searches.
• Actively work within Workday to identify, track, monitor, process, and hire candidates.
• Evaluate the profiles of potential candidates by conducting preliminary phone screen assessments.
• Ensure a high level of professionalism and courtesy when assisting candidates via phone, email, and in person.
• Document information into Microsoft Excel for tracking, trending, and monitoring.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
